Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the complete terms and conditions between Coherence Education (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) regarding your application and participation in our affiliate program (the “Program”).
By signing up and participating in the Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To enroll in the Program, you must complete the affiliate registration form. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for any reason.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As a participant in the Program, you agree that you will:
- Promote Coherence Education in a respectful and professional manner.
- Only use promotional materials that we provide or approve.
- Not make any misleading or false claims about our offerings.
- Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unethical marketing.
- Not use cookie stuffing or force clicks to track affiliate sales.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Once approved, you will receive access to affiliate links through our affiliate portal. It is your responsibility to ensure links are properly formatted and used. Sales are tracked via cookies. We are not responsible for tracking errors due to affiliate misuse or customer actions (e.g., clearing cookies, using different browsers, etc.).
4. Commission and Payment
You will earn 30% commission on each qualifying sale referred using your affiliate link.
- Commissions are based on net sales (excluding refunds, chargebacks, and taxes).
- Payouts are made monthly, with a 30-day holding period to account for refund requests.
- Payments are made via Stripe or PayPal. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is up to date.
- Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD.
5. Affiliate Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Bid on our brand name (“Coherence Education” or variations) in paid ads without explicit permission.
- Misrepresent your relationship with Coherence Education.
- Present yourself as Coherence Education or impersonate our team.
- Offer additional incentives or discounts without written permission.
- Use your affiliate link to purchase courses for yourself or immediate family.
Violation of these terms may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
You may use our logos, trademarks, and marketing assets only as directed by us and only in connection with your participation in the Program. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Coherence Education.
7. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective as long as you remain a participant in the Program. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation at any time for any reason. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you under this Agreement.
9. Independent Contractor Relationship
You agree that you are acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee or partner of Coherence Education. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between the parties.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
11. Amendments
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Program after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify affiliates of material changes via email or the affiliate dashboard.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Coherence Education regarding the affiliate relationship and supersedes all prior communications or understandings.
Final Statement
By participating in the Program, you agree to the terms outlined above.
