So many young people are spending a fortune on eating out (which is not only expensive but often also made with the cheapest ingredients).

Step into a world of culinary exploration with our eight-week cooking series.

Designed specifically for kids, this series offers a holistic approach to learning essential life skills in the kitchen while having an absolute blast.

Learning How to Nourish Self & Others

Young chefs will explore basics like food safety and nutritional value of ingredients while also exploring how they creatively show up in the kitchen using Higher Alignment profiling system resulting in self awareness.

But it doesn't stop there—our program fosters creativity and self-expression, allowing young chefs to unleash their imaginations while accommodating dietary restrictions and food allergies. With the integration of math, science, and reading, learning becomes an exciting and practical adventure.

By the end of the series, your child will not only possess the confidence to whip up meals for themselves and their families but also a profound appreciation for food's nourishing qualities, both physically and emotionally.

Join us on a journey where we cook, we eat, and most importantly, we connect—to food, to each other, and to the joy of culinary discovery.
